You can return goods ordered from Vonmählen up to 14 days after receipt without giving reasons.
Please note that the goods must be undamaged and reusable.
If you want to return your order, you can register the return in our returns portal. After entering your data you will receive a return consignment note and a DHL return label.
Please not that a return order is only free of charge within Germany. International return order shipping costs are not going to be refunded by Vonmählen.
